Kyrgyzstan has a rich diversity of flora and fauna. Fauna counts  80 species of mammals, 330 species of birds, 50 species of fish and about 30 different species of reptiles. The argali, snow leopard, bears, badgers, camels, eagles, foxes, hawks, marmots, wolves and yaks are the local exotic animals.

If we could describe the main feature of culture of the people in Kyrgyzstan that would be hospitality and friendliness. Kyrgyz people say that all guests sent by God. That can explain why they are so friendly to strangers. You can always hear them asking: «where you are from?», «what is about your family?», as well as "what places which you have already visited?"  If you go even to a yurt somewhere far away, then the owners will always be happy to suggest you food and tea. Kyrgyz people follow all their prehistoric traditions and customs of the nomads. 

People respect the nature. During your tour in Kyrgyzstan you will be able to enjoy our nature, which preserved its pristine form. 
The capital of Kyrgyzstan is a city named Bishkek since 1878. Bishkek is a young city counting only 135 years. Due to beautiful parks and boulevards it is one of the greenest cities in Central Asia. 

Kyrgyzstan received its independence on Aug. 31, 1991 withdrawing from the USSR, now the Kyrgyz people annually celebrate this day as a national holiday i.e. Independence Day.
