Day 1: Bishkek - Burana Tower - Issyk Kul Lake
Meeting is in the International Airport of Manas. You will be met and accompanied by your guide to Bishkek (the capital city of Kyrgyz Republic). Transfer from the Airport to Bishkek city takes 30 minutes. On arrival you will start the day in Bishkek with a breakfast. After that is transfer (200 km) from the Kyrgyz capital to the celestial Lake of Issyk Kul that is the 2
nd world's largest mountain lake (1608 m. above sea level). The nickname for Issik - Kul is "The Pearl of Central Asia". On the way to Issik - Kul, we will stop to visit the Tower of Burana -minaret that dated 11th century A. D. and Balbans (stone warriors) open air museum. We continue our way to the lake after having lunch. You will have a rest on the northern beach of the lake where you can lie on the warm sand or swim in the lake as soon as we are in the hotel. Owing to the salty water, Issyk Kul possesses curative properties. Dinner will be served at 7 o'clock in the evening.
Day 2: Issyk Kul Lake - Karakol
Transfer from Cholpon - Ata to Karakol is after breakfast. This day we will visit the ancient stone carvings that are dated back to 800 B.C., and the local museum of Issyk - Kul. Optionally, you can have one hour cruise on a steam boat to enjoy the lake's beauty. Overnight is in the guesthouse in Karakol.
Day 3: Karakol - Tamga
At 8 o'clock in the morning is your breakfast. This morning is destined for Karakol guided city tour that includes the visiting of the old wooden Orthodox Church, which will be followed by the visit of the Dungan mosque that it was built without using a single metal nail in Chinese style. Later, you will visit the museum of one of the world's greatest explores - M. N. Przewalski, whose biggest successes were the discovery of more than 4000 species of animals, including the horse of Przewalski and the crossing of Taklamakan great desert. With traditional lunch we will end the city tour and at 1 p.m. we leave Karakol town. Our way (30km) leads us to the gorge of 7 red rocks - the impressive Jeti Oguz. There you will see picturesque Mountain that is called "Broken Heart" and the Sanatorium, where you could get a massage or take hydro shower. After that we could explore the Valley of Jeti Oguz (Yuri Gagarin's vacation house, yurts - nomadic collapsible dwellings, alpine vegetation of the Valley) or the Valley of Chong Kyzyl Suu with its geophysics station built in 1948 and hot water springs. Afterwards we will be transferred to the Village of Tamga, which was a place where in the 13th century the Tibetan monks lived. In the Tamga Guesthouse dinner is served. Sauna is optional.
Day 4: Tamga - Bishkek
We will drive along the southern show of Issyk-Kul Lake to Bishkek city after breakfast. Upon arrival in Bishkek you will have a sightseeing tour. You will visit many places of interest, such as the central Ala-Too Square, the History Museum, Duboviy Park (Oak Park), Art Gallery, Pobeda Square (Victory Square), National Concert Hall, Oriental Bazaar. Lunch.
Day 5: Bishkek
At the time arranged before according to your flight details your guide will meet you in the guesthouse and accompany you to the Airport of Manas.
